Orders & Shipping
Q. How long does it take to process my order?
A. Most orders are processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends/holidays). After production, your order will be shipped.
Q. When will I receive my order?
A. Delivery time depends on your location. Most orders are delivered within 5–12 business days after dispatch. During peak seasons, delivery may take longer.
Q. How do I track my order?
A. Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking link via email/SMS. Tracking may take 24–48 hours to update after dispatch.
Q. My tracking says delivered but I didn’t receive my package. What should I do?
A. Please:
1) Check with neighbors/security/reception
2) Confirm your delivery address
3) Wait 24 hours (sometimes marked delivered early)
If still not received, contact us and we’ll assist immediately.
Sizes & Product Details
Q. How do I choose the right size?
A. Each product has a size chart. Please check it before ordering. If you are between sizes, we recommend ordering one size up for comfort.
Q. Do you accept size exchanges?
A. Since items are made-to-order, we do not offer exchanges for wrong size selection. Please double-check sizes before placing the order.
Returns, Refunds & Replacements
Q. Do you accept returns?
A. Because our products are printed/made specifically for each order, we do not accept general returns for reasons like change of mind, wrong size ordered, wrong color chosen, or incorrect design selected.
Q. What if my item arrives damaged or defective?
A. If your item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect, we’ll replace it at no extra cost.
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:
- order number
- clear product photos
- issue description
Q. Do I need to return the damaged/defective product?
A. No. In most cases, you will not be asked to return the defective or damaged item.
Q. Will I get a refund instead of replacement?
A. If replacement is not possible (product unavailable/stock issue), we may offer store credit or refund (case-by-case).
Cancellations & Modifications
Q. Can I cancel or modify my order after placing it?
A. You can request cancellation/modification only before production starts. Once the item enters production, cancellation is not possible because it is custom-made.
Payments & Pricing
Q. What payment methods do you accept?
A. We accept secure online payments including Cards/Net banking (depending on your checkout options).
Q. Will I be charged extra taxes?
A. Prices may include applicable taxes depending on your region. Any extra charges will be shown at checkout.
Product Care
Q. How do I wash my printed clothing safely?
A. For best results:
- wash inside-out
- cold water wash
- gentle cycle
- do not iron directly on print
- avoid bleach & harsh detergent

Q. Do you accept bulk orders for teams/events?
A. Yes. We accept bulk orders for offices & teams, events, colleges, marathons/triathlons, and group merchandise. Contact us for a custom quote.
